Move your body and take control of your health! Join Ananda for a fun, exploratory, and moving yoga class on Thursday mornings, from 10:30 to noon. She will be teaching Adi Yoga, a form of classical hatha yoga. It combines body, breath and mind energy to create a sense of physical and spiritual joy and vitality. All levels welcome. $10.
